YOUR BUSINESS. OUR FOCUS.
UpSure Commercial & Corporate
A clearer view of a more complex business.
More entities, more locations, more responsibilities. Bring your business into one conversation, then work through the cover with a broker.
Broker-led enquiries for established businesses and corporate groups.
See the connections
Map entities, sites and dependencies before discussing policy structure.
Put the wording to work
Review limits, exclusions and contractual responsibilities together.
Plan around change
Bring acquisitions, new activities and expansion into the conversation early.
A CLEARER STARTING POINT
The whole business. Not just the renewal schedule.
A group can outgrow a collection of policies bought at different times. We start with the entities, activities, assets and contracts, then agree a scope for reviewing the program and approaching the market.
- Multi-entity groups
- Multi-site operations
- Established companies
- Businesses in transition
THE COVER CONVERSATION
What might your business need?
Start with the exposures, then the policy. Here are some of the areas we can discuss.
Property & business interruption
Review asset values, locations, recovery periods and dependencies across the operation.
Explore this areaPublic & products liability
Discuss third-party injury and property damage exposures across entities, activities and territories.
Explore this areaDirectors & management
Leadership, employment and governance exposures can call for different structures as the business grows.
Explore this areaCyber insurance
Consider privacy, incident response, digital interruption and shared systems across the group.
Explore this areaProfessional indemnity
Review advice, design and service obligations that could expose the business to financial-loss claims.
Explore this areaTrade credit
Discuss debtor concentration, payment default and the conditions of any credit insurance arrangement.
Explore this areaThese are areas to discuss, not a recommended package or confirmation that cover is available. We will confirm insurer appetite and the scope we can arrange. Policy terms, exclusions, limits and excesses apply. Workers compensation and other compulsory arrangements need separate consideration.
BUILT AROUND CHANGE
A bigger business needs a joined-up conversation.
An acquisition, divestment or new overseas operation can change who needs cover and when. Existing policies may contain notification requirements, restrictions or change-of-control provisions.
- Map each entity and its activities before reviewing cover.
- Check shared limits, deductibles and uninsured dependencies.
- Raise transaction plans before completion, not after.
LET'S MAKE IT SIMPLE
A short brief.
A real conversation.
Tell us what you do, what is changing and when you need cover. We will explain the next step and what else we need.
Start your enquiryA few useful things to have ready
- Group structure, activities and operating territories
- Asset schedules, revenue and major dependencies
- Current wordings, contracts and renewal dates
- Claims history and planned business changes
Complex quotes require an engagement letter before detailed broking work begins. Here is how that works.
Is this just for commercial property owners?
No. This page is for established businesses and groups with a mix of operational, asset, liability and leadership exposures. If you own commercial property, tell us about the tenants, activities and ownership structure too.
Can we combine cover across our entities?
Sometimes, but a single program is not automatically better. We need to understand ownership, activities and existing arrangements, then review named insureds, shared limits and any activities that require separate treatment.
Does an acquisition automatically join our cover?
Do not assume so. Policies can contain thresholds, time limits and exclusions for new acquisitions or changes in control. Let us review the transaction before completion, including any need for run-off or separate transactional cover.
Can you review a complicated renewal?
Yes, we can discuss the scope and timing first. Provide full wordings, schedules, claims information and what has changed. Detailed review and market work follow an agreed engagement, not an unsolicited free comparison.
What happens after I enquire?
Our team reviews your activities and the scope of the work before approaching insurers. These enquiries are broker-led, not automatic quotes. For complex placements, we agree an engagement letter before detailed broking work begins. Making an enquiry does not start cover.

General information only. This does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Availability and cover depend on underwriting acceptance and the policy terms, conditions, exclusions, limits and excesses. An enquiry is not confirmation of cover. Read the relevant policy documents and our Financial Services Guide.
