YOUR BUSINESS. OUR FOCUS.
UpSure Business
Business insurance for the way you work.
You have a business to run. We help you understand the risks, arrange cover and manage changes along the way.
For Australian small and medium businesses.
Start with what matters
We look at your activities, contracts and priorities before discussing cover.
A person in your corner
Talk to the team about quotes, policy changes, renewals and claims.
Make an informed choice
Understand the limits, exclusions and excesses, not just the premium.
A CLEARER STARTING POINT
Your business isn't a tick box.
What you sell, where you work and the promises you make to customers all shape your insurance. Start with a conversation about your actual business, not a list of policies you think you should buy.
- Professional services
- Retail & ecommerce
- Growing teams
- Product businesses
THE COVER CONVERSATION
What might your business need?
Start with the exposures, then the policy. Here are some of the areas we can discuss.
Property & interruption
Premises, equipment and stock, with business interruption considered alongside insured property damage.
Explore this areaPublic & products liability
Claims of injury or property damage involving your business activities or the products you supply.
Explore this areaProfessional indemnity
Allegations that your advice, services or professional mistakes caused a customer financial loss.
Explore this areaCyber insurance
Incident response and potential losses from data breaches, ransomware and digital disruption.
Explore this areaManagement liability
Directors, employment disputes and governance exposures, depending on the sections selected.
Explore this areaGoods in transit
Stock and equipment moving between suppliers, premises and customers, here or overseas.
Explore this areaThese are starting points, not a recommended package. Your activities and insurer terms determine what is available and appropriate. Other requirements, including workers compensation, need separate consideration.
BUILT FOR THE EVERYDAY, AND WHAT'S NEXT
A new contract. A bigger team. A different risk.
Insurance should be part of the conversation when your business changes. Tell us before you add services, sign a lease, start importing or expand into a new market.
- Check insurance clauses before signing a customer contract.
- Review limits and activities as the business grows.
- Keep your broker close when a claim or incident arises.
LET'S MAKE IT SIMPLE
A short brief.
A real conversation.
Tell us what you do, what is changing and when you need cover. We will explain the next step and what else we need.
Start your enquiryA few useful things to have ready
- Your ABN, website and a short business description
- Revenue, team size and locations
- Contracts, current policies and renewal dates
- Details of previous claims or incidents
Complex quotes require an engagement letter before detailed broking work begins. Here is how that works.
What business insurance do I need?
That depends on your activities, assets, contracts, customers and team. A service business and a business that imports physical products can need quite different arrangements. We work through those details before recommending cover.
How do I request a business insurance quote?
Start with our Detailed Quote form and tell us about your activities, team, assets and the cover you want to discuss. Our team will review your enquiry and confirm the next steps. Business insurance enquiries are broker-reviewed, not an automatic quote or confirmation of cover.
Start a Detailed QuoteCan you help with an existing policy or upcoming renewal?
Yes. Share your renewal date, full policy wording and schedule, and tell us what has changed. We will agree the scope of any review before starting. Sending a policy does not appoint us or create new cover.
Will I need an engagement letter?
For complex quotes, we agree an engagement letter before detailed broking work begins. It explains the appointment, exclusivity, responsibilities and any agreed fees.
Read the engagement FAQsWhat happens if I need to claim?
Contact us promptly with what happened and your policy details. We can help organise the information, liaise with the insurer and keep you informed. The insurer assesses the claim under your policy; an enquiry or claim notification is not a guarantee of payment.

General information only. This does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Availability and cover depend on underwriting acceptance and the policy terms, conditions, exclusions, limits and excesses. An enquiry is not confirmation of cover. Read the relevant policy documents and our Financial Services Guide.
